Meet The Team

Kelley Lawrence, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Director of Optometry

Dr. Lawrence was born and raised in South Dakota. She first moved to Arizona in 2003. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon, Dr. Lawrence did additional training by completing a residency in ocular disease and primary care on the Gila River Indian Reservation in Sacaton, AZ.

Prior to her career as an optometrist, she was a first-grade teacher. She has a special place in her heart for children and enjoys providing pediatric vision exams, let her be your go-to provider for young children. As our pediatric provider, children ages 4-7 should be scheduled with Dr. Lawrence. She provides comprehensive eye health exams for ages 4 through seniors. 

Dr. Lawrence has a special interest in the management of medical eye conditions including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, dry eye, eye infections, and eye allergies. She also has experience fitting a wide range of contact lenses.

Dr. Lawrence and her husband, T.J., have two sons. Her favorite activities include those spent with her family. She enjoys traveling and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Josh Curtisi, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Josh Curtisi is an Arizona native. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Arizona State University and his optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. He has worked in a wide variety of settings including eye disease management and routine vision care.

Dr. Curtisi is passionate about providing comprehensive eyecare and can manage a wide variety of eye diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease. He enjoys connecting with his patients and answering all their questions.

He is a member of the American Optometric Association and Arizona Optometric Association.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Curtisi enjoys all things outdoors, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with his wife.

Cassondra Lux-O'Callaghan, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Optometrist

Dr. Lux-O'Callaghan is from Grand Island, Nebraska. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Doane College in Crete, NE and completed her optometry degree at  Midwestern College of Optometry in Glendale, AZ in 2018. After receiving her Doctorate of Optometry, she continued her training by completing a residency in ocular disease and primary care at the Muskogee Veterans Hospital in Muskogee Oklahoma. She has had the privilege of  participating in multiple mission trips here locally in Arizona as well as worldwide, including Mexico and El Salvador. 

Dr Lux is dedicated and passionate about dry eye management. She is driven to prevent and improve symptoms of dry eye disease and meibomian gland dysfunction. She is certified and trained in multiple procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease such as lid cleaning and debridement, amniotic membranes, punctal plugs, light therapy and dry eye contact lenses. You'll find Dr. Lux spending a lot of her time in our dry eye clinic. 

In her spare time, Dr Lux enjoys spending time with her 3 small dogs, relaxing with her husband, knitting, crocheting, and looking up bad jokes.
