Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling, Canceling, or Late Arrival

Patients are required to give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another patient. A notice of less than 24 hours is considered a missed appointment. Patients who miss 2 appointments are required to provide a deposit in order to schedule any future appointments.

​​​​​​​As a courtesy to all our patients, we strive to run on time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel patients who arrive 10 minutes or more later than their scheduled time. If you are running late, please notify our office as soon as possible.
